Broker Sponsorship and Property Management

I'm interested in hearing about experiences other Brokers have had in sponsoring TREC licensed business entity LLC brokerages who engage in property management services exclusively.

I’m aware there is an elevated level of liability in doing this.

I'm aware that I should probably seek the help of an attorney. Not looking for any legal advice here, more of just practical pointers on protecting my license.

Who’s currently doing it, and willing to offer advice on mitigating the risks?

*The structure of a sponsorship like this would allow a sales agent (or anyone) with a licensed brokerage LLC business entity under TREC to operate under their own branding, rather than working under my brokerage.

*I’m a licensed Broker/Owner/Property Manager in Texas considering sponsoring another brokerage/property management company.
