At the end of the day, if you include a few more addresses that do not make sense, don't worry about it (it is just a few stamps and paper/ink).

Does that $4500 cost entail the CAD drawings, Engineer stamp, and Architectural stamp? 

Need me to mail some flyers, I can lick stamps with the best of them, Need me to make coffee, I can do that too.

This way they can't say they will not reduce or do not remember that discussion etc.With larger homes there tends to be bigger commissions but you can also lose your shirt quickly if you do not protect yourself as a broker/agent.

Today I am going buy more stamps , envelopes, and legal pad.So I write more letters every free moment I get.

I figure that the few bucks for paper, envelopes and stamps could be worth it. 

PoL is negotiating with this person to save their shirt on another of his delinquent deals!

What service did you use to print stamps onto envelopes?

@Spencer Trotman,You may want to re-think your approach.Why not just drop them a hand-written letter in a hand-written envelope with a 1st Class stamp stating your interest in buying a home in their neighborhood and asking if they know of any that might be for sale?

It is a pre-manufactured, and much "beefier" (Lower left photo) support system designed to provide additional vertical and horizontal resistance in wind, snow, and seismic zones for which the design criteria has been pre-approved and stamped by an engineer.
