my wife has been selling real estate for almost 30 years.. she goes alone a lot but is quite cautious and very cautious at open houses.. and if she gets a bad vibe wont meet a single male at a house unless I go or someone else does.. just the world we live in.. agents can get preyed on just like anyone elses

I don't want to be a Debbie downer but, I'm a woman (surprise) and many male contractors assume that women don't know anything about anything.

I am not gonna be as harsh as @Ian Barnes on Baltimore, but buying $7500 houses, god knows where, only calls for trouble.

As @Ian Ippolito stated, most will seem redundant, so try to get referrals and learn more about how each group operates.I will point out that the "screening process" for vetting syndications goes both ways.

My duplex was $60ish a month (all females) but got new tenants in August (all males) and it is now over $100 a month.  

If I want to travel freely or eat out every male, being above $300k allows me to do that, while still being relatively stress free about money.

In China they've found the deaths are largely males, that smoked.

Pockets with a majority of Asian population may see an impact in the US (within big cities I suspect).
