We spent the day last week cleaning all surfaces and posting the standard CoVid-19 warnings as recommended by the National Apartment Owners Association we made sure all emergency contact number posted in Launderyroo was correct and that, Our Indoor air quality reports were updated. and all indoor filters were changed. also took Water ph to document.

Also the “young and the restless” who have been congregating all summer will back off due to the cooler climes and I am hopeful that the continually growing employment market and the reopening of online schools and colleges will keep kids and working people busy and indoors vs indulging outdoors.In the end nothing else matters more right now than the case count.

Heard a investment analyst the other day on Bloomberg say that social distancing will cause indoor location based entertainment businesses (restaurants, bars, theaters, arenas, etc.) to lose 30-60% of their current capacity.
