To get what you don't have in life you have to do what others are unwilling to do.  

If you are unwilling to do this, maybe you should spend your time on another forum.This is EXACTLY what I did in my "The Truth About Wholesaling" thread.

If the OP is unwilling to share the places on his radar, why would he expect anyone to share theirs? 

People were pent up in houses for far too long and then unable/unwilling to fly or stay in hotels because their fear of COVID was so strong.

My experience is that people who are unwilling to put the effort in will not succeed in real estate. 

Many of the deals that can net that much are either great multi family acquisitions   secured by a wholesaler or the very risk adverse areas that many are unable or unwilling to operate in.

It's because many people aren't aware, either willingly or unwillingly, of the "other side" (our REI side) of the process.

I have been unwilling to buy online auctions because from what I can tell, you aren't getting any title guarantee. for every property I have seen on auction.com you are getting a special warranty deed but that doesn't protect you from anything that happened before the lender took possession, which would be EVERYTHING that can bite you.

As for being well versed in your practice, I've never seen an attorney so adamant about something being illegal, but so unwilling to provide the statute that covers the activity.
