One of my partners sold his garbage company for just under 100 million and he drives is old Chevy Tahoe.. but when I was in Istanbul on a trip with him he bought his wife jewelry that was more than the car we are talking about .another member had the largest court reporting business in SF and they sold for I think about 12 million.. he drove a 70s old beat up ford.. but had a AT the time 2 plus million dollar home and he owned a Mall up in Rockland.. 

Oh I see you have 6 children how precious.. the neighbors dogs love kids .. yeah he has 5 pit bulls he lets roam unleashed .

Incredibly enough the same people with the 2am toilet excuse are willing to give their time (which they deem so precious) to someone else.

If you're not built to survive in this game, go buy bonds or precious metals or orange juice futures. 

In this case you end up spending more than you were quoted and you pay for 50% of the work upfront while 9 months go by and only 20% of the work has been completed... and precious valuable time wasted..
