Unfortunately this is sort of a property to property kind of answer, but we always just kept the master closet locked and where we kept our personal stuff that we liked to use when going to our property (the guests used the large dresser in the room and other nearby closets to hang things).

I've also beat on the door attempting to talk to him with no answer and a text sometimes takes hours to get a response.So back to the situation these people really cared and were concerned because one was the hair dresser that had drove over to check on him.

whatever you get get a glass company to make custom glass toppers for every table night stand dresser etc. this will keep you furniture in much better shape.

I have appraised multiple old homes that had no closets in their bedrooms, since it was common to have smaller bedrooms, no closets, and free standing dressers/bureaus for storage.

Guys seem to want to say...Let's go to the lake instead of closing, I hardly ever wore a suit to work as most of us are casual dressers (a benny in RE) but your pic should be as professional looking as possible.....people can always see you dressed down, but some professionals (attorneys, doctors..etc.) tend to look to other professionals for assistance....think about who you might work with.There was a thread here about business cards about a year or so ago, might search for it.When you find a name, check for availability with the secretary of state and see if it has been taken.
