I don't know about this program but think logically can anyone learn to make hundreds of thousands of dollars in a 10 hour course.. pretty much anything that would be mentioned in a 10 hour course your going to find on the internet.. and as well just go to E bay and buy used guru course materials and CDs for usually 20 to 50 bucks.. those are worth the money take your time listening to all of those and you should get some understanding.. but at its base.. wholesaling is no mystery.. you simply buy low sell high.. how you do it is you market your rear end off.. wholesaling in the Orlando area dried up about 3 years ago.. most of the bigger players exited the market simply not enough deals ..

I agree with you, but since there is a dispute and sellers abandon property all the time, I would specify that it must be removed and the liquidated damages for failure to remove.

No financing was available because of the environmental situation which eliminated all the “wanna bes” with no capital; eliminated those who had assets but no liquidity, eliminated those that had credit but couldn’t use it on a property that was not “financeable”.
