Perseverance. lol Anyways. 

Overall nice perseverance through the whole process.

We have become masters of patience, perseverance, focus, and vision.

So, for any newbies out there feeling discouraged, perseverance is paramount!

It pays to persevere and hold on regardless of the situation.

It takes a lot of study, hard work, some risk and some perseverance, but as the hundreds (thousands?)

Some of the obstacles I had faced was how to tackle my first deal, how to find a mentor, how to conduct analysis, and finally what to do once I analyze a deal.I would like to hear some inspirational journeys some seasoned investors had to persevere through in order to become "successful", and some of the task Newbies would like to get accomplished to start their journey to become a successful REI.

I know your dedication and perseverance will be rewarded beyond imagination in the years ahead.HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

It is simple...it's just not usually easy, but the work and perseverance are the answer to that.

Without passion, most people get bored when the "quick" part of the Get Rich Quick plan doesn't pan out ---- I truly believe  there is no better path to wealth than with real estate - BUT, it is more of a Get Rich Slow plan -- To be completely frank with you, (like I said in my email) I do believe that wholesaling is a difficult road to riches .... there are a TON of "investors" sending out mailers for the same motivated sellers you will be marketing to (I get about 15 letters/postcards a week) so the odds are against you and it will be an uphill battle ---- BUT you seem to have passion, and when you have passion on your side, perseverance will take you a LONG way.I started out trying to wholesale and fortunately, I was a terrible failure .... my failure caused me to keep my first wholesale deal as a rental property --- less than 6 years later, I resigned from a $150,000/yr salary career to spend my days doing whatever I want ....
