Tenants are responsible for snow removal for all my properties....never had an issue with that but remind them that if there are any city ordinances (e g clearing sidewalk for kids walking to school) and you get cited....the cost will get passed on to them.

To be honest I dont really know....for me personally its blue collar workers that cut the grass more than 1 time every 60 days and walking the sidewalk at night is not life threatening...that C class to me....lol
