Others that are far from being happy though financially they are very well off.I happen to enjoy real estate investing and enjoy the interaction with people and the brainstorming which is often apart of a new investment.

Seeing a new area always helps invigorate the mind and possibly see new opportunities.During my 'work time' I begin by brainstorming the things I like to do and things I don't like to do (basically a pro/con list) in each of 4 categories; personal, professional, family and financial.Once I have a pro/con list in each category, I go through them one at a time to decide what are some things I want to accomplish in the next 12 months.

Hello Fellow investor,I am brainstorming and have called all my local institutions, read all the junk provided by gurus, but other than private or hard money, could anyone please recommend or PM any big bank that lends under the following or similar terms?

I have an FHA loan on one property. I have lived in it for more than one year so I can move legally.

Would it possible for my wife to take out another FHA loan to purchase another multifamily? Is it more like 1 loan...

@Chris Martin that is what I been doing so far, letting it go...But I hope that by brainstorming it with the BP community we can come up with some solution or idea that would be beneficial not only to me, but to other landlords and investors.

Ready or not, here it is.We are definitely in the courtship phase, but I am brainstorming just what I might do with this large of an opportunity.

It is also nice to have someone to brainstorm with as you learn this business.
