I was around 16 when I first calculated my net worth.I shoveled snow (I actually looked forward to a big storm and was up at the crack of dawn with a shovel on my shoulder and wasn't back home until dark), cut grass, raked leaves, etc.). 

and you flared up.There is no way to know your background when you are new to the site and just putting a link out there for people to click and help you on doesn't really help anyone.

Put simply: I've worked jobs shoveling manure, worked my tail off on 3 academic degrees, and worked thankless jobs with bad managers and crappy pay.

"Oh, my operating expenses are only 10% because I do all of the maintenance and mow the lawn and shovel the snow".Weird situations are also hard to underwrite for, yet they seem to happen every few years. 

So if you have money, or a good paying job, and want a place on the best lake, but don’t want to shovel snow, mow the lawn, or put the docks in and out, this is your ideal location.  

NJ and FL are very similar with lack of inventory.

My hobbies include shoveling snow and going bowling.  

@Alex Cornwell I should have been more clear for single famlies in RI I have them shovel the snow but I would not in a MF.
