Real Estate Agent in NJ or FL?

Gisselle Pena
Posted

Hey biggerpockets community. I am currently a real estate agent in central New Jersey and I've found it to be extremely difficult. The competition is fierce and not many houses available. We are getting 10-20 offers on every house and because I am newer in the industry, I'm not getting many listings. I just wanted to get some feedback from any real estate agents that might be based in central Florida. Or if any New Jersey realtors have moved down to Florida, what are some of the pros and cons you are seeing between each market.

Thank you in advance!
