I have attended a 3 day work shop put on by Success Path which is endorsed by Tarek and Christina El Moussa of the TV Show Flip or Flop.

I don't receive anything for endorsing them.Happy investing!

Why would BP endorse some guy/company that could mess up on any day in the future....and for what, what's the benefit of doing so?

You need to make sure you have an additional endorsement on your title insurance if you're transferring title,  and there are insurance agents in raleigh that'll keep your LLC as the proper name on your insurance because that's how all are mine are in Raleigh and Durham. 

I'll endorse that.But I don't endorse the concept that everyone needs to own all real estate in an entity.

The best investor friendly agents are investor themselves or endorsed by your local REIA.

I actually have an endorsement for Robyn...I've only spent $69 on "guru" courses/seminars in this business, and that consisted of a half-day presentation she in Atlanta back in 2008.

I am getting my brokers endorsement for this... its a 5 day course and then you have the credentials that investors look for when they are trying to find US brokers to work with.And yes buyers will go around you we all know that!! 

Upon winning the auction, you'd endorse the check and sign it over to the trustee.

It doesn't even have to make you any money but the more value you bring someone the more apt they are to endorse you or use you as an agent.
