I ran all the 240v electric to the hot tub & it's always set to 96degF with it being adjusted higher during use, yet the electrical consumption is not noticeable.We do not use anything other than Eco-one to treat the water, but I throw in a cup of chlorine after heavy use.

They're trying to expand Highway 59 southwest of Sugar Land to accommodate more drivers in the Rosenberg/Richmond area, where more people have migrated to due to Sugar Land becoming more saturated and expensive. 

And the problem is that tenants will do laundry for others or other high consumption uses and use a lot of water.

In terms of best bang for your buck when it comes to energy consumption for heating or cooling, it won't get any cheaper than fiberglass insulation.

It still IS the best method whether or not you can do it or not.If we were talking about "what the best strategy is for YOU, or HIM or Albert there in the corner", then YES sure, those things play their part.But if you are going to ask which fruit has the highest sugar content the answer will be a Mango (I think?)

Since 2008 we have consistently under-built for basic consumption.  

If not, and you find that dealing with contractors or the time consumption is more than you want, then find another method
