If it's $150/mth for full service, handsoff payroll, that's a good charge since it's a compliance pain.I don't offer payroll services to my clients, but if they need payroll, I recommend Gusto and help them map to QuickBooks Online.

I also have some blemishes on my credit from a few bad choices a few years ago, but I’m actively working on cleaning that up — I know it takes time and consistency.I haven’t started looking at properties in person, I have been going online and looking and doing the math to see if anything will cash flow in my area or spoken with an agent yet because I’ve realized I need to slow down and learn how to do this the right way.

They don’t have much of an online reputation other than their own site/postings and although their presentation looks legitimate, I’m hesitant to outlay that kind of cash without verifying.
