Well, some years later I found out this officer and a bunch of buddies were involved in some racketeering scheme, protection rackets, extortion, all of which involved cash payments, and used my apartment as a hideout to run their activities, i.e. split the loot.

Its also a huge racket with lots of money to be made......

In my legal fantasy, it would be awesome to counter sue for civil racketeering (the interference of commerce) next time a big guy tries to bully the small guy.

What a racket.

My purpose is to reduce the fear associated with an out-of-control legal system set up on extracting assets through Legal Extortion Rackets by protecting your wealth from such attacks, while leaving you with both control and beneficial use of your assets.

It all seems like such a racket.

What a racket. 

I guess most of their customers are flattered that their homes are supposedly worth so much, more likely they don't know it's an insurance company racket.
