I'm a big fan of Ray Kurzweil myself, and I think air taxis would be disruptive enough that we can't really see around that corner; certainly not well enough to invest that amount of money in one of thousands of possible outcomes.

And we do not want to disrupt any body.

I understand the weather has been disruptive, but maybe they could have cut their fees in order for you to cash flow a bit.I would vet his company to see how they perform on the sell side.  

Ideally, if it's a service member self-managing, they'd disclose that to potential tenants and have systems in place to minimize disruptions, but sometimes stuff happens. 

I am the landlord and property manager and can see this being disruptive to the adjoining tenant.
