I would just order as needed.Here in socal, I have tall fescue grass, and I like to grow it long during the hot summer to keep the soil moisture and shade, and to help prevent weed overgrowth.

Owner gets dehumidifier and less moisture - Win-WIn if you can get past the $5K cost3) Washer/Dryer = $50/month.  

I imagine the allure type flooring would hold up even better to moisture but it's also about 1.49/sqft whereas laminate can be had for 0.29/sqft for something that might last 5 years and under 1/sqft for stuff that should last longer than that.  

Tile shower's need to be installed correctly to avoid moisture from getting the walls and the transition to the tub needs to be caulked to seal propperly.

The reason being is that eng'd is more adaptable to fluctuations in moisture content, and does not tend to warp as bad, therefore is in higher demand.  

Suggest better underlayer using acoustical and moisture materials.While Vinyl is very tough and affordable, people will catch on that they used recycled vinyl (car interior) and limestone.

I guess all that moisture/rain does a doozy huh?

Have water, fire, moisture, temperature, motion sensors, voice interaction with customers, throughout the systems.  

Otherwise, if you give the tenant the option to turn on a loud fan, they simply won't do for the same reason I wouldn't (it's loud and annoying) and you're going to end up with problems from the moisture build-up.

Wood doesn't really ever fail unless it's been compromised by cutting or moisture.
