Bill Gulley NUTS WITH GUNS
31 July 2012 | 164 replies
But, I'd venture to guess that the majority of gun owners aren't in well-regulated militias.Just to be clear, I'm not saying that there isn't a Constitutional right to bear arms (there is), but we can uphold that Constitutionality (both to the letter AND the spirit that the original signers had in mind) and still reduce the amount of gun-related death in this country by increasing regulation. As for the other arguments made above...Sure, criminals may be able to get guns even if they're not legal, but if a criminal has to go trolling in dark alleys or on the Internet to find a gun, there's a lot more chance he's going to get caught than if he can legally stroll into Walmart to buy one.And the argument above about the fact that they'll find other ways -- bombs, poison, etc -- is true.

Morris Lucas Ethics in Direct mail??
12 August 2013 | 20 replies
Furthermore he said it was wrong be because I am providing no service to he other 4995 people who receive my letters( he said a Walmart, pizza, lawn care mailer is at least a viable service)I explained that direct marketing is a widely accepted method to find deals and is taught online, in Reia meetings, in books investor conferences and forums. He felt it sounds like a scam to mail thousands of property owners to find one person and take advantage of their bad situation and it seems predatory. He even said that if I have someone cash for their home In lieu of a pending tax saleWhere they would lose the home anyway that I'm still the bad guy as they would have had better options than just giving their property away for pennies.Have anyone ever heard of such a negative view on direct mail?
