Walmarts, Starbucks, Ruby Tuesdays, Verizon, Walgreens etc etc. 

I recently came across an Investment Brokerage & Asset Management Firm that basically acts as a Walmart of income property investing as they offer everything from the search for the property (courts, private banks) and private lending, to rehabbing with their own in-house construction crew.

(How’s the seller looking to structure the contract, Loan to Value, etc.)What’s the distance to the closest Whole Food’s, Starbuck’s, Walmart?

As a newly graduated foreigner I have no credit record, no career or anything that will make anyone eager to offer me a loan  Arbitrage is a job like working at Walmart.

The largest town has about 9,000 people and does have a Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, Applebees, and a 99 Restaurant which is New Englands version of Chilis.

I ve also been turned down from 2 major networks to do a show in 1 week. lol I am writing this right now around noon after going grocery shopping at wal mart.

Most of my tenants are the people who work at Wal-Mart, or 7-11 or retired.

(I've heard stories about boondockers getting chased out of the walmart parking lots here, but not from any direct source.)  

They range from the small-time hustler to the medium-sized local company with tens or may 100 properties to the Wal-Mart of Airbnb management.
