Do they handle all of your sheetrock work, tape,bed,texture work and interior/exterior paint as well and if so what do you pay on an average house that needs some TBT and minor sheetrock repair?

, but do your self a favor and look for local meetups in your area, nothing beats that face to face networking. and you never know who you might meet. there are several in the houston area, some have are pitching goods or services and some are just purely networking events. see what fits your needs best. the one i attended last and made some awesome contacts was the one held by JET Lending. they meet once a month if i remember correctly, they are also members here on BP. good luck and hope to run into you guys at one of the meetups.Nick

Other than that, I'm not too familiar w/ Worcester just know that it has a couple of colleges, major hospital, has recently upgraded the ""T" access to Boston, and Jet Blue has added it to it's areas served so we feel it is a strong market w/ potential.

EVERY ceiling in the house has this tragic sponged glop plaster effect. 12 different wall textures etc... 2000 sq. feet of that in a town with moderately high expectations leads to high bids.
