@Chris B.Many Chinese buyers are investing in the US for the following main reasons:- Immigration- Education (every year 300,000 students from China are arriving in the US for studies)- Diversification/investmentsEach of the reasons above has been increasing significantly in numbers every year and we expect that this trend will continue.

Mom and I are immigrants from a country that took advantage of its ppl, so we don't trust anyone with our money.

It is also a destination for the majority of immigrants in America today which means rents will remain steady over time.

West coast and East coast continue to see a large influx of Chinese investors driven by immigration and education reasons.  

Second, if you immigrated to the USA and are first generation, you may still be learning American culture. 

I like the prices of real estate state side but immigration laws in U.S makes it hard to be here over 180 days a year!

If one looks at underpinnings, "as a whole" the US market should keep modestly expanding over the next several decades - we have a healthy birth rate, good influx of immigration, diversity of household, and plenty of land to build and rehabilitate.
