Your agent may be used to selling homes to Soccer Mom's in Mini-Vans!

There was one property with foundation issues where they couldn't get $460k for it locally after making the rounds past all the local investors, they broadcast it on facebook for $560k and I think it sold in one day....cap rate of like 5%.

Its popping at the moment, not too mention our soccer club just won MLS Champs! 

Tuesday and Thursday are typically bad for me as I coach soccer.  

I was around 11 and I remember going to the house after soccer practice and tearing out old carpet and linoleum flooring...fun times haha.

Typically, the devastation does not live up to the hoopla that the media broadcasts(Hurricane Andrew is an exception) in Florida. 

I'd definitely like to get to the meetups but my daughter has soccer on Thursdays night and I'm one of the coaches (busy busy busy!)

I learned so much from the few u guys broadcasted on youtube wondering if u guys have some more on the way?
