I have no use for this property and its a bit of a gamble in terms of zoning so I want to invest as little as possible, I just like the rezoneing process as its alot of fun dealing will all the crap that comes up so if I get my zoning Ill make a killing, if I dont Ill just donate the property to my church as I have no use for it.

We got good Samaritans donating goods and clothes, canned food,etc to send, but the problem is, we haven't got a container yet..

Here in my state we have to store their stuff for 30 days even if they abandon it, then we can keep/sell/donate as desired.

LLC can be formed in another state if tax incentives to do so existMy research so far I believe that the yearly rental income although donated would still be taxed as Income, and then after words the deduction applied.Much appreciated.Regards,Mario

No selling, and no fee but I am paying $25 for the meeting room and will accept any donations to help cover the fee.  

As my intentions are very strong to buy this package, I do intend to donate $500 to the charity of my Future Mentors choice. 

A few days ago it was looking pretty decent, but then we had a guest cancel a 7 night stay in June due to a medical emergency.2024: June 26%, July 58%.2023: June 70%, July 51%We donated a 3 night weekend to Isaiah House for a fund raising raffle so I didn't include them in the June 2024 numbers.  

I tell them I will donate anything that could be used by someone else to charity and finish cleaning out the house if that would help them move forward.
