If there are any concert venues, festivals or wedding venues within 30-45 minutes, list some of those two.I'd also change your phrasing of "our hot tub" and "our fully equipped kitchen."

For me I am just board here in Singapore waiting to get dressed to go to this massive wedding I am here for.. then up to Thailand so I can relax and live the life I deserve because I am a RE investor  LOL...

@Joel Owens , you're right in that it may still take a while for the actual train to be up and running, but the construction of parks and trails along the 'emerald necklace' of the Beltline will do alot to attract residents before everything is finished.

No  communication from  company until I called the title company last week on Wed and  was told only waiting for BoA to sign off on a $50 code violation (abandoned car) and they should be receiving that back that day or Thurs.  

They meet the first Wed of each month at the Signature Grand in Davie.
