Substantial no-show percentages for those, 40-60%.I also tell applicants when setting up the showing that I will text them 1 hour before and, if I don't hear back within 20 minutes, I won't be there.The thing that really irks and puzzles me about all of it is, in this day and age, it is SO quick and easy for an applicant to cancel a showing they aren't going to attend with a text message.

So, as for your situation, I am puzzled why you want to own the MH and deal with the high lot rent when if you own only the note, you only have to worry about servicing the loan which should also be outsourced for a nominal cost.

These have been pretty hard to find and work with, but once you start using them, they get easier.We have always found them to be pretty accurate when properly adjusted for the park/community they are in so your comment puzzles me.
