BRRR, 100%As far as the value of time...unless you've reached a certain level, quite frankly, your time isn't worth much.Time is important, and it sounds great to hear and tell others, but the reality is, until you're making money pretty consistently in investing, your time is another currency you're using.You're already in Memphis.

Returns will vary with the level of risk - for example if there was a "crypto currency fund" that targeted 15% or a US Treasury Fund targeting 4%, most would be like of course 15%, but risk is also a major key component.

Government bonds and bank CDs have a dramatically different risk (and expected return) profile than real estate (or the stock market, crypto, commodities, etc.).

BREIT by blackstone is private, not publicly traded, and is only sold by blackstone chosen financial advisors, it has 4 different class shares and most have huge load fees (1.5-3.5%) and yearly AUM fees (1.25%), and if you sell <12 months from any share purchase they charge you an exit fee of 2% of NAV price , so be careful with that oneI've invested in many syndications for passivity/market beating returns/tax benefits currency debasement running at 15% a year since GFC(2008), (ie M2 money supply growth) so you have to get >15% just to tread water in USA now

I found Lodgify during almost a year of use very intuitive and easy for my team to work and track. and they have great and fast customer support, and most importantly is that they support our local currency BHD. which other PMS/channel manager would you recommend for a vacation rental line of business?

I'm not quite to the point of making gold, rations (and ammo) a major part of my investment strategy.Alcohol and cigarettes are also good trade commodities if the currency becomes worthless.
