I could see Indy too... 6 hours in any direction to 2/3rds of the population 1.5 hours flight time same thing.cost of housing much less than Texas... and there is plenty of room in Indy to expand in all directions.. brand new terminal Fed ex hub  ....

Finally, tech flourishes in tech hubs where people interact from different companies and groupings. 

If I had to predict areas that will grow in appreciation in Harrisburg...They would include midtown, areas along the Susquehanna river(scenic area with running paths), Harrisburg train station area (central hub for transportation with plans to grow), and Cameron street (industrial area seeing a slow revamp).

The reason Los Angeles originally became the hub of the TV and film industry in the first place is because of the natural lighting (sunshine most of the year) which was a necessity at the time and because of the nearby environments which allowed all kinds of scenery to be filmed within a few hours of the city.need a beach scene?
