The look on our realtors faces were priceless - I had a couple blank contracts in my portfolio so we wrote it up at 4pm outside... almost freezing as the temperature is in the low 40's.  10 minutes of paperwork and the originals are at my abstract now.

You will send them prop address and they will email you back a report, with list of similar houses sold in recent months, advise you on temperature of the market and so on.

I'm unfamiliar with building codes in Chicago but in Massachusetts where I do HVAC work we cannot allow the tank to be less than 120 degrees as below that temperature bacteria can grow in the tank.
