Let me tell you if I used my own money every time I bought a property I’d be broke and bankrupt.

Why deal with one of the most corrupt and bankrupt cities if you don’t need to and your not local?

There is a long list of companies that either went bankrupt or where acquired (see link below).

This has been a long time coming and it needs to be a community solution with every property involved, an efficient and effective inspection system that is fair, and most importantly A LOT of money to help property owners become compliant without bankrupting them.

He then said he was going to report me to the town for unpermitted work, that  I had multiple violations that would result in fines, that would not allow me to refi and sale the properties and I would go bankrupt.

I would bet 65% of discount/flat-fee brokerages will be bankrupt/out of business within 18 months from today. 

But I went with it.My point is I can’t and won’t go bankrupt at this point in my life.  

A ton of buyers have been over extending over the last 2 years and seemingly willing to bankrupt their future by bidding 50k, 100k, or even more over list for their "dream home".

If the agent attempts to help all those people they will go bankrupt. 

It would have taken years, even more people would have gone hungry, bankrupt, divorced - lives destroyed.
