My 8-5 job is a Business Coordinator For Verizon Wireless.

For instance, I know that Verizon would have their door knockers basically circle the block to re-knock on the doors not answered whereas other companies would just come back to the neighborhood a month or so later.How would you structure a Real Estate Investing door knocking campaign and presentation looking for Flips/Rentals, Listings and possibly subject to deals? 

There are fleet trucks (verizon, etc.) that are being unloaded by those companies and have been on a maintenance schedule. 

The idea is to lease the space to a store front tenant like Verizon, AT&T, Dunkin, or something similar and secure a long term lease.Here's what I understand so far:- Work with a commercial retail broker that can bring leads.- It could be a long process - but what is long?

If your STR has a data-connection (verizon, satellite, Comcast etc.) then simply providing and wireless access point is simple. 

I looked into T-Mobile and Verizon, but they are not offering it in that neighborhood.

We have Cox at one property and I am just going to have to get Verizon.

Make sure your phone is on (Verizon charges $10 per day to use your existing plan), internet, and keep in mind the time difference!
