Maybe a few better angles on some of the photos, such as the living room and kitchen... such as taken from one corner to another so you have diagonal lines for a more interesting view.

These numbers do not make sense so trying to use them will just confuse the issue for instance, there is a property diagonally across the street with a "zestimate" of 42,100 (I only wish) , while my 3 bedroom 1 bath with central air in great shape with more square feet on the same side of the street one block away is estimated at 24,900.

The building uses prefabricated modules (with a +/- 0.2mm precision in the fabrication process) mounted on a steel structure, with diagonal steel bracing.The hotel is so solid that it can resist a 9 magnitude earthquake, as tested by the China Academy of Building Research (there's a scene in which you can see the testing process, at 1:49).

He was decidedly more excited about that idea.In terms of money, my initial thoughts were that the equity in the property would change over time as individuals contributed more throughout months/years until an agreed amount of parity was reached based on whatever the property called for: i.e. everyone owning a 2bed/2bath had contributed the same amount of capital, that sort of thing.
