Also check around local rehabbers in your area and see if they work with some as well.They're out there you just have to sift through the wannabes and find one.

I'm a big fan of craigslist and agree there is a fair amount of garbage/scams running about there but if you sift through you do get a good bang for your advertising dollar.I've used backpage as well but never got the response.

First off, sub to and pre-foreclosure investing requires a ton of marketing and advertising as well as the need to sift through hundreds of phone, email, and web contacts before finding one worth pursuing further.

If not, this might just have to be a tool or spreadsheet that my wife and I will have to create to help us sift through the number of potential properties that come our way to determine if it's one to pursue or not.We're looking into doing STRs and the BRRRR strategy.Thank you for your time, and looking forward to seeing how others analyze multiple deals quickly.
