When I was stationed in Monterey we found an excellent home that allowed us to grow our family while still being very close to the commissary (supermarket) and downtown areas. 

In my experience, Katy is largely valued for its schools and suburb amenities (nice parks/trails, supermarkets, etc.).

We've had more hits/leads and just as much success renting via traditional apartment search platforms vs FF, so I think it's really just a matter of getting it onto as many platforms as feasible for yourself and making sure it's a great place to live that is super marketable.

well for someone from La Jolla I live in a ghetto - for someone in NYC I live in a nice area - that depends.but basically Mr Mack is giving you good advice - you might invest anywhere but you need to calculate the cost of doing business - one reason why food in the supermarket costs much more in the "hood" than uptown.

The Internet is changing the world in ways that we of today can not imagine, it is projected that with Amazon same day delivery the super market's days are numbered and with artificial intelligence in the back ground the "Suggested for you" will open up whole new ethnic markets to white anglo saxon descendants. 

The resort will include Thermal Baths, sport, fitness & wellness accommodations, pools, restaurants and bars, business facilities, home care- and secretarial services, supermarket with home delivery services, a.s.o.

I am trying to think of better places to strategically place my bandit signs I was thinking places like Right outside Home Depot and super markets and such.

Location is pretty good, 30 seconds to interstate high way exit, 1 minutes to mall, and walking distance to supermarket and some national chain stores.

From what I've seen, the coliving/coworking model tends to do best in prime downtown business/creative districts where tenants can easily commute to the supermarket, gym, and do other daily errands by foot.

For tenant replacement, the more specialized/specific use the property is (former supermarket, movie theater, manufacturing) the longer it will take to fill with a new tenant.
