Even though the property was turnkey, unexpected issues, like an unnoticed broken water pipe can still happen.Speaking from experience, water issues and mold can be a huge pain to fix, and often costly.

On a much smaller scale this probably goes unnoticed, but once you are raising millions of dollars you open yourself to investigation.
