Friggin motivated sellers that see total logic that their dog died in their yard suddenly has a monetary value and want 200K MORE for their house and no matter how much actual functional logic you use with numbers and Bernoulli's equations, graphs, charts, sprinkled with the 3rd law of thermodynamics,.. they just do not get it.

They just know statistically a sports car has higher likelihood of more severe accidents, therefore higher monetary risk. 

At lease sign: they initial every single clause that could create eviction or monetary fine.

Even though The Fed has been slow to enact monetary policy changes, most economists see it coming.   

Throw a Dem in the white house in 2020 that drank the MMT (modern monetary theory) coolaid and believes deficits don't matter, and the annual deficit could easily reach 2-3 trillion, or higher.  

If we find the same we will require a monetary donation to complete that work as we have no funding to do that work. 

Keep in mind we are now in a monetary phenomenon which is going to bring on hyper inflation.

If you set a Monetary goal, and you did your best, and it was only $1 Million.... would you be disappointed?

I always need to have "Balance" and have given up a lot of potentially high monetary return opportunities, because my personality would worry more than the value of the money. 

On the other hand, I think the mentality of many entrepreneurs is about financial freedom by reaching monetary escape velocity from the system.
