In truth the product doesn't really matter, it could be REI, storm damage repair, window replacements or vacuum sales.

Layoffs in other sectors are starting (airlines is an example).There is uncertainty in the economy, and hence real estate.  

Even the best investment prop in the world can turn into a money vacuum if your PM drops the ball. 

states and over 38 countries through a former travel and tourism career (international airline, cruise line and travel card company).in the meantime, I rent at the beach in Long Beach, CA. which is also a pleasant ambiance, walk-everywhere, low-key town.

(American Airlines just announced they're laying off over 17,000 employees...they turned them from temporary layoffs to permanent...) and that trend is likely to continue. #2 )There is also A LOT of political puppetery going on that we won't know where we stand until after the election. 

Our airport has direct flights to a lot of major cities, and airlines are expanding their routes. 

I've found this style of door stop to be far more durable and trouble free in the long run as you can't guarantee that the rigid or spring-based ones that go on the baseboard trim won't be knocked off by a vacuum or bent by small kids and then the next time the door is pushed too hard you have a dent in your wall anyway.  

I also started requiring all my cars be cleaned and vacuumed before being returned (this cut down on expenses and also make ready time between rentals).I now consistently have my vehicles rented out about every weekend and throughout the week is somewhat sporadic.
