., most of which individually violate the clause and in the proper combinations could bring the entire house down.I have never heard of any bank or lender paying money to re-examine the title after closing to uncover all of us evil investors who learned proper asset protection or how to structure a subject to deal.

The only reason I've ever had to use a primer was for dark colors going light, not for water protection or paint adhesion, so it just slipped my mind amidst all the craziness.The cabinets are all done, put back and everything.

From what I am seeing even if the LLC has good tax returns for years the lenders are still wanting the personal guarantee as an extra layer of protection or other properties you own in case of default.
