I require a notarized  letter ( current within 30 days ) prom a "licensed " medical professional in MY state that is licensed to practice medicine in my state .

And this first Richfield reno is where everything went right, I made truck loads of money, went on to make millions more, Married the Prom Queen, fart fairy dust and all was well..... lol. 

There are just a lot of folks with a lot of money but they don’t flaunt it. 

Just had to give enough time to make arrangements for the visit.I've been working with this Prom Mngt company for almost 10yrs now and have managed to build a good working relationship with them.

I guess when you don't have much to flaunt, you flaunt your best what little you have.

Like other investors of which I use IRA's for my PLing , there is a prom note and mortgage declaring her % per annum and when the house sells it rolls back into her account Does this conflict since we are married and my LLC makes a profit?

But I suppose we should start turning people who flaunt the shelter in place orders away because they aren't worthy of being treated if they get sick?  

In the meantime, the situation is extremely frustrating for many LPs who, like yourself, seem to be losing a lot of money, while supporting the apparently lavish instagram lifestyles flaunted by many sponsors who brag about how their time is worth a bajillion dollars an hour and fly private to exotic locations.

not excatly sure what Chris is referring to.. but I have done Many participation DT/Mortgage and prom Note over the years with small developers and builders .. your kind of doing the same thing..
