Not only was I learning a lot about the industry, I was able to leave my job and focus on filming full-time.We decided not to monetize the channel so viewers could watch the content without ads.

So instead their only option is to find a way to print their way out of it or monetize their debt by lowering rates because higher rates would cause massive deflation (like the great depression). 

@Kelsey Tanner that sounds like a great situation to be in, I would definitely start to monetize it sooner than later. 

I would say its a victory to live for $400/mo net if you are in a B class or better area of Chicago. 

Not looking to monetize this department but we do skip trace for a few other investors just to keep the department busy and in steady work.

You'll find deals and partners and ways to monetize your efforts that would not have been there if you were still working full time. 

More efficiency and potentially monetizing it is what I'm considering.  

The value of college is not in the degree you get, but rather the knowledge you gain and finding a way to monetize it.
