Don't be afraid to buy a place that will end up have property taken for easements, they can pay pretty well, pay for fences to buffer roadways, extra for trees, drainage and other improvement need to the property. 

New complexes are being built off a major roadway right now due to huge demand. 

Do I have to wait for the street to be built in order for me to start with the contraction of my home, or can I just drive on the "dirt way"/"planned roadway" to my property?

The state mows the grass along this roadway, but skips around the sign with the mowing tractors.

There has been a lot of investment in infrastructure the past several years- new major roadways being built and areas of the city being revitalized. 

I work a full time job as a roadway/bridge inspector.My goal this year as a newbie is to flip at least 1 property this year in my backyard and get the game rolling

Could be unpaid utilities, unpaid tax's, or maybe a mainline city replaced, a roadway project, and all the similar possibilities. 

We all learn just enough law regarding driving on roadways to do so in a legal manner, without knowing every single code on the books regarding traffic control in the state or federal systems.  

They are also doing many other roadway projects to allow for increased traffic around the city.  

Efforts to up-date road-ways in Treasure Valley, are on-going, but to little avail, due to more people move into Idaho, each year, with Treasure Valley as their 1st choice, to settle in.
