absolutely there are things that are specific to your area that he would recommend to attend your local reia but over all he give a immense amount of info from day one to the end so to speak.  

It's to say operating via paper-system this day and age is rather "caveman" given the immense amount of resources readily and cheaply available to drastically increase efficiency, organization and accuracy.

Having some personal experience with the area will help immensely in this regard.

However, grade-level performance of minorities (especially African-Americans) keeps dropping.
