I had a 2004 Prius before that and drove it to 240k miles before it died and I donated it to charity.2 members of my family have the model S and they love it.

I also donate 250 to the boys and girls club every month.

And since I didn’t share mine here goes:1) work out 250 days of the year. 2) begin to create daily REI videos I.e YouTube channel 3) Create semi weekly REI podcast 4) Help do 85 in office transactions.5) Help REI coaching clients do an additional 50 transactions. 6) Give 25,000$ to my alma matters for donations. 7) Take two memorable vacations with my wife and newborn. 8) Keep a weekly journal to give to my son 9) Provide substaial and beneficial support to those who ask through service. 10) To hold up to my expectations of doing business as person of faith, spirituality, intergrity, and moral character. 

I’m not sure where to post about this, but my dad collects bottles and cans to redeem them and then donates 100% of the proceeds to local charities.

Even if they do want to help, they are better off donating cash to the program, letting your dad purchase the necessary insurance, etc.

Fingers crossed, I'll be able to donate the house, itself to the local fire department...let them burn it down for practice and write the value of the home (not much albiet) off at the end of next year.

If you don't please donate it to people who may need help.It has been very positive so far and  I believe it also establishes good relationships. 

If its ok with the seller..maybe utilize this time before purchase to extend that notice of rent increase to market.If you want to do some charity work or donate some of your full market rent income once you have it, may I suggest something in mental health awareness or to help veterans.

I do know they recently had to close most of their public schools down due to lack of funding and the police and fire department was asking for donations of toiletries and etc.
