Borrow money until we no longer can, enter hyperinflation, pay the debt back in full, and finally, create a new currency. 

The biggest collapse in the world will be when the world reserve currency fails, which is currently the USD.

Who knows, maybe one day instead of exchanging dollars for rent, we'll exchange bitcoin/crypto or stocks in exchange for rent.

I would pay off or free up the monthly furniture, water softener, and crypto.

I also think that having reserves in a depreciating currency long term isn’t that smart play so I would maybe even hold reserves in something like gold and silver so you hedge your reserves against inflation.

The US is on a ride that will end some day in a major way.We cannot keep printing money to pay for the costs of the money already printed and sold via bonds/treasuries if the value of our currency moves down without printing tons more money which in itself will devalue the currency...

They have been adding new features like enabling crypto purchases directly from their platform, but again - I'd already set up an LLC with my self-directed IRA funds, so they don't need to be involved every time I need to make a transaction.
