I have heard Joshua Tree is severely saturated and I would tread lightly in the area.There may be some opportunities as people are selling who are hemiriging money.

@Greg Scott nailed it.I will also add that since an ESA is an "accommodation for disability" under HUD, the animal's owner is responsible for any modifications to the home in light of that accommodation (think wheelchair ramp).

its like going from PDX to Lincoln city or Seaside on a holiday weekend it can take hours to get through the first traffic lights.. first time I tried to go to lincoln city and the traffic stopped 20 miles from town I just turned around and went back home.. :) not sure how it is your way with going to newport etc.. probably not as bad since the population is a fraction of PDX metro.
