Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

With the momentum I have built over the last year, I do not want to stay stagnant.

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $182,000

This is a long one, but hopefully I can shed some light here.

I got started naturally by renting out my home in Raleigh, NC when I moved to Virginia last year and just recently purchased a duplex in Danville, VA.  

As a former employee's close confidant, this company is an absolute scam with zero loyalty to its long-term employees, let alone investors.

But we have several properties with well, have had to replace the pump, which I've found last 20 years or more, but we never had a well go dry. 

So, here is what I believe: long term almost nobody beats the market, so for most people who don't mind spending the time and really become a stock market expert it's probably best to just automatically invest monthly in a low-cost index fund like the VFIAX that mirrors the S&P500.
