The property we have found is brand-new, never lived in, has parking (which is a necessity in the area and most properties do not have), but it isn't a bargain.

A strong valuation and even pre listing appraisal and/or inspection can sometimes be a worthwhile investment but not a necessity. 3-5% commission for what is effectively commercial property is common. 

So, if you are average, you make $30,000 a year doing flips full time.If the average is $15,000 then that by necessity means a lot of people make less than $15,000 per flip and some lose money.

I wouldn't say it's a necessity to have something like that in your domain name, but it will definitely make it clear to people exactly what you do, and possibly make it easier to remember than "johnsmithrealestate.com" as an example.

@Michael Quarles  I don't doubt you have some heavy hitter marketers I think the general BP population would probably get some value out of understanding exactly what it takes to really move up the food chain and be making millions a year in this business. and spending big bucks on marketing is one necessity generally.

I think being an educated human is a necessity.

What are the "must haves" that should be included in a policy and the extra protection coverage that would be a nicety but not necessity?

Networking through REIA's and other avenues with local investors is a necessity.

POOL in Florida is a necessity.

Patience and reserves are necessities.
