Most tenants I have had so far wish to socialize with us and hang out during weekends.While we do enjoy socializing it’s not a necessity and oblige during occasional weekends.

As much as people might think so, it is not a necessity.

If it's not a "necessity", definitely no.

And if they do work as hard as I have, it will most likely be through choice, rather than necessity. 

We are finishing up prepping our Airbnb property for renting. We are curious, what needs to be there and what is just too much extra? How many of you guys put in a microwave, minifridge, and other amenities like that?...

I've heard there are sites you can do this for free.I'm renting my house due to necessity, and it will not be a high-earning rental.

Once you get over the $100 mark, then it becomes sort of a necessity. 

When their paycheck stops for a week/month, it impacts necessities like food, shelter, warmth, etc.My point is that with all the people suffering, those suffering mainly from reduced occupancy/rent from their investment property does not make my pity list.  

I had a good handy man.. so that save PM fees.. in C and lower B PM for out of state is pretty much a necessity if your going to stay on top of your rentals at least if your rentals are not in area you live in.
