When their paycheck stops for a week/month, it impacts necessities like food, shelter, warmth, etc.My point is that with all the people suffering, those suffering mainly from reduced occupancy/rent from their investment property does not make my pity list.

I had a good handy man.. so that save PM fees.. in C and lower B PM for out of state is pretty much a necessity if your going to stay on top of your rentals at least if your rentals are not in area you live in.
