Bit coins are  always a mess to normal people. last day in the cafe somebody told me that Bitcoins are safer than conventional currency notes and soon or later they will replace other currency standards.

I read several ways to get cash like using plastiq(they wont allow you to do wire transfer especially to yourself or person to person) , venmo(cash app but limited) buy gold and sell cash for cash or even buying crypto and selling for cash but thats alot of fees which is a bad idea. 

Knowledge is the new Currency.

If you can’t wait 5-10 years then try something else the younger impatient generations are investing in like crypto and BTC and hope for the best.

I have about $150k sitting on the sidelines and have investments in equities and a bit of crypto, but want to get more exposure to real estate outside the house I live in.

I hold properties and cryptocurrency. 

The devaluation of our currency (Inflation) will grow the cash flow - even in normal times at a rate or 3% per year, currently a lot more.

Had I known that I wouldn't have been able to qualify to buy a rental property I probably would've just taken out a HELOC in the 2nd lien position but in the end it has worked out because I am happy I am not investing in real estate right now cause the cryptocurrency market is booming and that is where my money is.
