My wife and I already live in a house that we own, with family support with the payment as we get jobs after having to move.

That said, there are a few other great platforms worth checking out depending on what kind of support you’re looking for.If you’re mainly after data and performance analytics, sites like AirDNA and Mashvisor are strong options.

But that is an active strategy and you have to know your market really well to be successful (not just block by block but house by house really), and you have to know construction, design trends, rents in the area, maximum ARV that the location will support, have good people skills and connections to tradespeople, etc.
